Safety is our #1 concern for our visitors. We provide hand rails and non-slip tape, but your choice in footwear is key in keeping you safe. We recommend flat, soft-sole shoes such as athletic shoes, boat shoes or moccasins. We advise you not to wear any sort of flip-flop, heel (even the slight heel typical on men’s dress shoes) or platform shoes.

You are welcome to redeem your admission ticket any time during our operating hours. The Ticket Window is open from 8 am - 4 pm for online check-ins.  If you purchased a Military ticket, please be prepared to present a Military ID upon check-in.  

After you have made a reservation, you can edit the date under "My Reservations".  Simply log into your account and make any necessary changes.  If you are making "Day Of" changes, these change must be made prior to 4 pm.  All admission tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.
