• All tour prices online include Battleship admission.

  The Battleship does not currently accept cash for ticket sales or in the Gift Shop.

  Rubber-soled shoes are recommended.  Flip flops, sandals, high heels, and open-toed footwear are NOT recommended for safety reasons.

  The Battleship is not air-conditioned.  Visitors should be prepared for a variety of weather conditions and should dress accordingly.

  Hydration is strongly encouraged, especially during the warmer weather months.

  Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the Battleship or in the Visitor Center.

  The Battleship follows North Carolina state law that does not allow open or concealed carry of firearms, except by law enforcement officers in the execution of their duties.

  All guided tour & admission tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.

The Battleship North Carolina reserves the right to cancel any special ticketed event and/or program.  Events or programs may be cancelled due to weather or for any other reason that would negatively affect the safety of the participants or the Battleship.  If this were to occur the Battleship will issue full refunds to each ticket holder.

HEAT ADVISORY

During the heat of the summer months, the Friends reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel guided tours in the event the National Weather Service Forecast Office in Wilmington (https://www.weather.gov/ilm) has issued either a Heat Advisory or Excessive Heat Warning, or, if in the judgment of tour guides or ship staff, heat conditions on the ship could adversely affect participants and tour guides. We will notify participants as soon as possible, but in many cases, the determination may not be made until the scheduled tour time. Refunds will be issued if it becomes necessary to cancel or significantly modify tours.
